my favorite thing about the Nicolita editorial shoot...ExploreModeling has the best crew I have ever worked with..I was very excited for the shoot, but they made it even more special. They work fast, super professional, knowledgeable in the industry, and creating a fun and friendly atmosphere during the whole time. Hair stylist James Cornwell, mua Gina Robinson, photographer Tim Coburn, and of course, Cristina DeHart, the heart of the project, made my day, and made the shoot so memorable and special.
Describe your experience at the Nicolita Runway Show?
Simply put, the experience was life changing. It was my first time participating in Mercedes Benz Fashion Show, and I was very excited to walk for such a well-known designer as Nicole di Rocco. I’ve done many runways before, but I have never participated in such a big event. I loved the organization: from the makeup and hair styling (that was done by Brilliance NYC) to the changing process during the show, and backstage atmosphere overall - everything was perfect. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience.

You were selected from all the other models to appear in the editorial for Nicolita Swimwear. Were you surprised?
When I heard from Cristina about the shoot, I was shocked. I always have to work hard to achieve any goal, big or small, and the word "luck" is out of use in the modern world, and its definition has changed to "hard work" instead. But after I was picked out of hundreds of other girls to do an editorial for Nicolita, I felt incredibly lucky probably for the first time in my life. The best things happened to me when I didn’t expect them. I am truly blessed and thankful for everything that Cristina DeHart and her amazing ExploreModeling crew have done for me!

What has your experience been like with ExploreModeling.com? Tell us your thoughts...
I registered on ExploreModeling.com a while ago only out of pure curiosity, without knowing anything about the website, and I found it very helpful for models with all levels of modeling skills. Also, all the videos and modeling tips are very inspirational and extremely useful. Now I have a personal experience of working with the EM crew, and I’m amazed with their organization and professionalism. Thank you for making my dreams come true! This site is the greatest resources for models, and filled with endless opportunities to learn more about modeling career, and explore the industry.

What is your modeling dream job?
To be on a cover of Sports Illustrated magazine.

Do you have a secret passion?
Reading. Every spare moment I have I enjoy reading classic and modern Russian, British, French, and American literature. My favorite authors are F.Dostoevsky, Th.Dreiser, E.Hemingway, E.M.Remarque, J.Osten, and many others, whose amazing pieces of literature help me to overcome obstacles and difficulties in life.

What is your favorite music, band?
I enjoy listening to all kinds of music, depending on my mood, and type of activity. During my workout routine I would choose Radiohead, and I would listen to Snow Patrol, Amy Winehouse, and classical music while relaxing at the beach.

What is currently your favorite piece of clothing?
Swimsuit. This is a perfect useful and sexy Miami outfit for every day.

Do you have a favorite artist (of any kind)?
I am fond of Salvador Dali, and in love with his genius, crazy, eccentric personality, and his spectacular surreal art.

If you could have a super power, what would it be and why?
The ability to make people remember that they are part of the Universe, because everyday routine makes us forget it. I want to see people enjoying the life, respecting the others, and having more love and lightin their eyes.

What was the funniest thing you have ever experienced?
Once in Russia I was supposed to have a meeting with an agent. When I arrived to the discussed place, she wasn’t there, and over the phone she kept telling me she was waiting for me at a set place. After some time I found out she was in a different city, but at the same address. It was hilarious, and made my day!

What is something that not a lot of people know about you but you WISH more people COULD know?
I don’t want to be judged by my looks. Blonde hair doesn’t necessarily mean an absence of the brain, and there is always a little devil behind the angelic beauty.

Who has made the biggest impact on your life so far, and why?
My Mom. The person I am now is only because of her. She taught me things I would have never learned in school.
